We are delighted to welcome a new member to our team – Alice Roberts

Alice is originally from Cheshire. She received her MSci in Nutrition from the University of Leeds and PhD in Population health sciences from Newcastle University. Her PhD was focused on exploring the secondary school food and drink environment and how to improve it. Throughout her time at Leeds and Newcastle Alice worked in a variety of roles supporting students, academics and staff across the universities.

Outside of work she enjoys baking and cooking and is often creating new recipes.
