On 13th September 2026, researchers from our Chemistry CDT, University of Nottingham participated in the 'Nottingham Green Festival' at Nottingham Arboretum, Nottingham.

 

They had the opportunity to engage with the members of the public, explaining to the lay person the research they do in the university and how it will benefit the society in the coming future. Our researcher enjoyed the thoughtful discussions, challenging questions and enlightening the curious minds of the public.

 

We are thankful to the organising committee of the nottmgreenfest event and Sally Longford - the host of the 'Knowledge Tent' for giving our researchers the amazing opportunity. Big congratulation to Adeifeoluwa Jolaosho (Cohort 10), James Brett (Cohort 11), Sophie Shearlaw (Cohort 11), Schubert Fernandes (Cohort 12) and Mathew Wheatley (Cohort 12) for taking the time to speak to the members of public.
