Programme

Wednesday 8th of September 5.30-6.30 pm.

The  CDT in Sustainable Chemistry at the University of Nottingham, are delighted to share an exciting online event with you: “Eating sustainably: It’s complicated…” taking place on the Wednesday 8th of September 5.30-6.30 pm.

Climate change is one of, if not THE biggest challenge we all currently face. It can be difficult and confusing to know how best to limit our individual impact on climate change and lead a more sustainable lifestyle. A mindful diet potentially represents the easiest and most accessible way to make a difference but what does a sustainable diet look like in practice?

This event will explore the theme of sustainable eating by putting your questions to a panel of experts in the field who will share their own unique perspective on producing and consuming food sustainably:

Julia Davies, Nottingham Trent University (global food security)
Hannah Ford, University of Nottingham (public approach to sustainable eating)
Angelina Frankowska, University of Manchester (sustainable foods and food groups)

Please join us for an evening of questions, debate and myth-busting as we shed some light on what it means to live and eat sustainably.

Follow the links below to register for the event and submit any questions you may have for the panellists to address during the event.
